Single pine wardrobe with mirror (Wivenhoe CO7)

This is a heavy good quality wardrobe but has been in the garage for a year so needs some love. The hinge at the top needs repairing so it shuts properly and the drawer might need planing slightly as it sticks. It will need two strong people and a van. Measures approx 74 in tall by 24.5 ins wide by 21.5 ins deep.
