A Telescope Collimator - used to align the primary and secondary mirrors on a telescope, so I'm told.
I'm an beginner at this telescope thing but, looking at the moon, stars and planets is something that's always held my interest.
I accept this is a long shot but, if anyone out there in Freegleland has one they no longer need, I can collect.
