Mandoline (Sussex County)

Mandoline for slicing food thinly. I have a tiny one (garlic, carrots) but I really need a large one (think a large onion or a quartered cabbage). They usually come with something to slice French fries also, but just an adjustable slicing depth would also work. My hands are beginning to shake a bit and using a Mandoline/food slicer would be safer and faster.
