Bike for teens (spares or repair) (Stanway CO3)

Apologies for the bad photo, but this is an old Falcon racer bike thats been in the shed forever. Not used it since my teens do not sure how it works now. As far as I recall it worked well when I last had a go. There's no rust, the tape on the handle bars need replacing and it has two flat tyres. Great fixer upper for someone nostalgic about the 90's or could be used for spares. Please state day/ time you're available to collect.
