Box of pigeon spikes and fixative (West Wickham BR4)

We had a really bad pigeon problem around 3 years ago so I bought some spikes to deter them however our neighbours did some roofing work and this solved the problem. There is an unused box of spikes and a tube of silicon to fix them to the roof.
