Hanging basket frames (west malvern)

Hi - I'm after hanging basket frames - condition not important, so rusted, chains broken, etc not important - like the (upside down) one in the pic, which I use for keeping the pigeons off, but want to also make some ground feeder cages to protect the blackbirds from the neighbourhood cats.
