Bicycle in Clevedon (Clevedon BS21)

Pendleton make.
I have put some air in tyres and they seem to be holding.
18 gears i think. Some minor corrosion on chrome.
This will require checking/servicing before use to confirm all is safe.
History:
This bike was left on the corner of my street before winter and i took it in hoping to find the owner.
I advertised locally but did not find anyone.
Police/council have neither time nor resources to assist.
I have no ability to to check for postcode marks or such.

I feel that giving it here, then it will at least find some further good use.
