This is a Playfix Boring 707. A largish model with no scale given.

It may suit a child or beginner as it's a simple kit and there are still enough parts not fitted to make it interesting.
Transfers (PAN AM) included.
You would need glue to complete, I e the liquid modelling type and a small paint brush to apply.
