Swivel reclining chair. Broken base (Fernhill Heath WR3)

Green, well worn leather swivel chair ( as shown). Broken base, but if you know how to fix that the it’s a very comfy chair. Comes with leather foot stool same style, better condition (not shown). Picture is outside, but it’s always been inside.
