Adjustable (I think) at the moment the inner circule is 13cm and the outer one 35cm.

The way I do this is to wait at least a day before responding to offers.
When I promise, if don't get a response or get an agreement about picking it up within a day of promising then I'll offer to somebody else. You don't have to pick up within a day - I can normally be quite flexible about that.
For this one, unless only one offer I'll give them out one at a time.
