I tried out a 9kg weighted blanket for a month... I didn't get on with it, but it might be appreciated by someone else? I had it on top of my regular duvet and also included is a separately purchased cover for the blanket. It's HEAVY at 9KG and the guidance is that the blanket should weigh approx 10% of the user's weight - so this might not be suitable for smaller/younger/lighter people! I've packaged it up back in the original blanket case.
