Decathlon Quechua light blue waterproof jacket.
The label seems to say it's a 14 year old girls' size, but I'm size 10/12 and it fits me even over a thick jumper.
It has some small burn holes in the front, but otherwise fine. It folds into its own pocket for easy storage/carrying. There are vents in the back.
