Electric cylinder lawnmower (Horsley Woodhouse CP DE7)

Has no cable so I cannot say if it works. Cylinder and roller turn by hand. A bit of surface corrosion but nothing to prevent its functioning.
Would suit an electrically competent person who could restore it to a safe working condition.
