Four bike racks and cross bars for car roof (West Malvern CP WR14)

I have four bike racks which have been in the garage and now need a new home ( now the kid have grown up we no longer need them!) They are fairly old ( Halfords bike racks) but still in working order as far as i can see and some come with locks/locking keys. There is a bit of rust around the bolts but with a bit of WD40 you should manage to ease them up. They come with two cross bars for a car roof - the bike racks can then be attached to these. Note, the cross bars may not fit every car!
