VGA Computer Monitor Cable (Popley RG24)

Does anyone have a old style VGA Computer Monitor Cable spare. My DVI Monitor connection on the monitor has failed but it does have a VGA port to use. I would like to test this port to see if it works and that the monitor is still working. However my DVI Monitor cable, although it works on another monitor, it is therefore no longer usable on mine. I am locally based in Popley 2 and can collect at most times. Thanks for your help.
