Honda HR194 'Easy Start' walk-behind lawnmower.
It was running very well when I last used it a few years ago BUT the metal alloy housing (deck shell / skirt) has corroded quite badly and is holed in a few places. Even if an enthusiast wasn't going to attempt a repair I'd imaging that the genuine original Honda motor may well be repurposed.
