Job lot of bike accessories etc c (Doncaster DN1)

Hi everyone I have just found some bike parts that have been laying around for a while e.g a handle bar post, rear light, security bars for bike for locking when stationary etc.. however there is no key for the padlock that went missing a while ago the..so if you can use these please let me know
