In mostly good condition, has been used for 18 years in our family home. Table top veneer could do with a light sanding and an oil or varnish to make it look smarter. Veneer has lifted a little in one place, and frame is coming adrift on one side, could probably be repaired, see photos. Been like that for years, it doesn't affect performance of table except that the two halfs don't perfectly join up without the leaf in, see photo.
