Oil-filled radiator NEEDS REPAIR (Dobbs Ferry NY)

This worked perfectly until it suddenly wouldn't turn on. YouTube seems to think it can be fixed with the right "override" replacement part, but we don't have the oomph. Must pick up in Dobbs Ferry.
