DViCO FusionHDTV DVB-T Dual Digital PCI (not PCIe!) DVB-T card.
Hasn't been used for a while and I have nothing to test it with now, but it was working when last used.
Was previously used on Linux with MythTV successfully.
Note that whilst it says "HDTV" it only supports DVB-T and not DVB-T2 (it was from a time when there was "experimental" HDTV before DVB-T2).
