Some one to be able to cut a wooden beam length way for me (Gosport PO12)

I donk know anyone with a table saw/band saw that could cut my 2 timber beams in half length ways so I can make some shelves out of them, pls help if you can, I cant afford to hire a tool because I'm sure they won't barter for magic beans as my funds as pretty non existent, I have 3 rooms to decorate on a £3.20 budget lol thank you
