Pet Stroller or Kid’s Stroller (Desert Hills)

Hello! I’m looking for a stroller that could accommodate a 45 lb medium dog. It could be specifically for pets or for children. My dog is aging and has a leg injury. I’m hoping for cup holders and a little storage. Thank you so much. You would make a house bound dog very happy.
