Metal garden chair (needs repair) (Broomhill S10)

I have a black metal-framed dining-style chair with creamy-yellow woven plastic seat. Could be used outside or in. The good news - the metal frame is in excellent condition. Not so good - the plastic has started to unravel at the front. I'm sure a talented person would be able to repair it. I'm not able to put a picture here, but can e-mail it to you if interested. Seems a shame to send it to the tip.
