Clothes (Penrith CA11)

Hi,I need some casual clothes. I am an Man !Because of my diabetes treatment, depresion treatment i began to gain weight and i cannot afford to buy new clothes...so if anyone of you would like to help me with some clothes and shoes ,i will be grateful...my clothes size ix XXL and on shoes the size is 8,5...I am male, 42 years old.not working since November because of my disability!Diabetes and Heart problems..i can not walk much ...thank you in advance !
