Xbox 360 Games and Stuff (Southern & nicklaus, RR)

My niece was just gifted an Xbox 360, and we don't have any games or controllers. If anyone has anything for the Xbox 360 that they no longer want, I would love to take it off your hands. Will drive pretty much anywhere to pick up. Also open to any other video games and/or accessories that may be unwanted. Thank you!
