Rabbit hutch (Warton LA5)

Approximately 7ft by 3ft, hand made hutch with side door for attaching a ‘Runaround’ tunnel. Bedroom detaches for ease of transporting hutch. Will likely need roof recovering and door hinges might need oiling. Has been sat in our garden since last used 2 years ago, waiting for us to sell it, so might need a bit of TLC before use. Can also take the enclosed cat litter box which our rabbits used for their sleeping area.
