Two keys come with this front door. There is also a patterned fanlight to take with you as well. Just needs a clean up and you can get PVC door paint to freshen it up nicely - seen them in B&Q.
Won't be able to help you lift door and frame as I've got bad knee and back so you're best to bring someone with you unless you're very very strong!
