Rowing machine VERY basic and old (Gayton CH60)

This little foldable rowing machine was working last summer but not used since, had good intentions! It has lived outside and needs cleaning and oiling which I know I am not going to do. The gauge is not working and never has. I bought it second hand. It works with elastic straps which appear to all be fine. Obviously would have to be a bit of a project for someone. otherwise sadly going to the tip. Let me know if interested and I will leave out for collection.
