HP Envy Printer Scanner AIO (Frinton/Walton CO13)

HP Printer scanner and software. scanner leaves a black line edge of page when used.
Was my favorite printer until I did an HP service clean ( HP said do this as it dog eared envelopes) and I got heads alignment error and the chance to buy another ?????
Never used this option before so if anyone knows the fix it's a B good printer unlike the light weigh replacement we now have.
