Hotpoint dishwasher (Norwich NR2)

There is something up with this, but not sure what. Needs someone who knows something about dishwashers, but we are moving and need it gone… we will get a new one in our new home. This seems very wasteful though, hence popping it on here…
It turns on, but then program doesn’t start..
