Mattress any size and ac (Amelia, Eastgate)

My daughter just split up from her abusive relationship and came home but has no bed or ac or fans upstairs in our home. I can't afford anything right now and neither can she. :( if anyone could help with AC or fans any size mattress or point me to someone that can I would pay it forward in the future.
