Loveseat, seat pulls out into a futon, dark sage color
The futon part (foam) has not been used, though the seat is a bit saggy (piece of hard board added underneath). The cushions have zippers but the fabric is attached. The stuffing could be fluffed up (it's contained, not loose but can be taken out). No obvious stains or tears. Good for the occasional guest/use.
This is very light but well made. ~28H x 57L x 33D" including puffy parts, wood frame.

We need to get this out by around 5/29 but arrangements could be made for after that. (Working on getting it out of the room it's currently in, and outside.)
