Invacare Self Propelled Folding Wheelchair needing repair (Dunstable LU6)

Invacare Atlas Lite self propelled folding wheelchair (green frame). Needs some attention, but repairable. It's a fairly light one and the handles fold down, so good for transporting, mag wheels (not metal spokes). Has some rusted bolts and it needs replacement front small wheel tires. Max weight 100kg.
