Cuisinart ‘professional’ ice cream maker (as stated on box) (Tunbridge Wells S. TN2)

In original box and ready for a new home. This is a self-refrigerating ice cream maker for 1.5 litres of ice cream and other frozen product. The unit is very heavy in weight and if moved around will require ‘wait time’ for the refrigerant ‘to settle’ so best for on counter use. It is also very noisy in use.

AND it makes ‘fabulous’ creamy ice cream. Straight from the machine it will be ‘soft serve’ in 40 – 45 minutes. If you choose you can harden-off in the freezer for later consumption. Includes qty 2 - 1.5 litre containers (extra one purchased)

This is best for an experienced or confident ice cream ‘maker’.

I have searched but cannot locate original instructions (yet). New model link below with strong similarities including ‘bowl’ volume can be a guideline.
