This is a very old tech solar panel. I was given it by a friend a couple of years ago and haven't tested it, but assume it works.
Great care must be taken by whoever collects it. It has warnings stating that it will generate electricity as soon as exposed to light.
Consulting an electrician is recommended before attempting to connect this to anything.
