A wheelchair or electric scooter (Halfway G72)

I’m in-search of a wheelchair or electric scooter for my elderly neighbor who’s just been diagnosed with heart failure. She doesn’t have the funds available to buy one of these unfortunately. If anyone is gifting I would be happy to collect and we would be so grateful. Thank you in advance
