Knitting crochet assessories (Shoreham by Sea)

I think this might be a long shot but does anyone have any knitting needle/crochet hook toppers? (They go on ends of needles/hooks to stop stitches falling off). Would be very grateful.
Maybe some one has ideas to improvise thanks. Eve. 😊
