Elmo device (Essex)

This was the base of an Elmo chair. The chair, made of cloth and foam, fell apart. However, this base still works fine. It has various Elmo sounds (e.g. giggling). It has a diameter of 16 inches and is about 2 inches high. I thought someone might be able to use it to build some type of Elmo device.
