Fold out sofa bed (Torridge District EX22)

Nice solid red sofa bed, pulls out into full double bed, manufactured by sofa.com. Used but completely functional, the mattress has only ever been used with a protector. Seat and back cushion covers removable and have been freshly washed. Scatter cushions included! From a smoke free home. Labels present. Very heavy!
