Opens and closes fine, couldn't get the combination to lock so assume the capability to lock is broken. Old grey briefcase with small red stain as shown in photos. Don't know the person who's initials are "AW". Has been used to store stationery.
Has been cleaned but slightly sticky residue on handled, needs more thorough cleaning.
