This is a Smile Direct Club water flosser that's missing a charger. It does come with flossing tips (one is used, though I've cleaned both).
When I last had the charging cable, it worked fine! I've just upgraded to a model my dentist recommended. I think it requires a fairly standard charging tip for flossers — probably won't be hard to find.
