Bicycle Mens MAX24 , RIDGEBACK (Barnes)

Men's Max24 - RIDGEBACK bicycle , grey in colour. Seat needs replacing tyres flat, very old ( may have a puncture, bring your own pump if you want to try pump them up ) Rust on chrome.. Handle Bars locked due to rust, so presently unable to turn the front wheel. Wheel frames in good condition.
Chain rusty.( WD40 APPLIED EVERYWHERE Today )
Brakes cable has damage to them.
A keen cyclist would be able to restore it back to a good solid bike..
