Floor lamp - needs new bulb/fuse (Haymarket/West End)

Brass effect floor light with heavy base and adjustable neck/head. Touch sensitive on/off. Not currently working but I think it probably just needs a new build or fuse. Nice thing but doesn't go with my new house!
