Reclining leather armchairs (Upton CH49)

There are two chairs and one of them reclines.
The other one does not recline as the controlling cable has broken and the chair is a bit wobbly and rattles. It still works fine as a chair.
I offered these to a member (Jeff / JB) in February but had to delay because my new chairs had not arrived. I can no longer contact him via Freegle.
