Size 4 / flat black smart shoes (eg. school / work) (West Kensington W14)

I'm looking for flat black smart(ish) shoes, eg. for school or work. They can be for men or women (boys / girls) as long as they are in a size 4 (size 5 could also work). Not a problem if they are quite used already.
