Typically after giving away two separate surround sound systems on freegle, the one that I use to power the speakers on my home-built simulator (same as photo) suddenly stopped working. It all lights up and seems to be receiving signals, but nothing is being outputted through the speakers.
Has anyone got a similar unit they no longer use that can power the 5 speakers (LF,LR,RF,RR, Centre) and the big Sub-Woofer. or is there anyone local that is into Electronics that could help me to fix it? I don't want to send it to skip and buy another.
I'm tempted to open up and see if any caps are blown and maybe try to replace them, but since having my strokes have lost the confidence I once had to do so.
