Loveseat recliner (Colorado Springs)

Loveseat recliner in good condition. Still reclines, however it does have a tear but it is in the seam and should be able to be fixed rather easily. Comes from a non smoking, non bedbug home, however we do have dogs. This recliner still has years left in it! Let me know if you are interested!
