Dog Pushchair/Stroller for medium size dog (Micklefield HP13)

Hi all. We’re off on holiday with the in laws soon and our poor old dog, won’t be able to manage all the visits to places on her wobbly little legs. She’s a springer spaniel, although not a very big one. Does anyone have a pushchair I could pop her in? I’m hoping for a proper dog stroller but a child’s one might work if I can convert it to suit her. Thank you very much if you can help. Elaine
