orchid supplies (Ann Arbor, West side)

Someone gave me an orchid that needs some TLC. The roots are rotting, and I need to put it in a different pot and use an fungicide to save it. I am asking for a small amount of orchid soil, an orchid pot and some fungicide. Any orchid advice is welcome too!
