The mirror magnifies on one side and can either be turned horizontally or flipped vertically. It is also height adjustable. Maximum extension from wall 56cm to pivot/centre of mirror. With backplate (which screws to the wall). A bit scruffy but it's nice quality and would look fine with a clean and polish. The towel rail is good and clean - also a nice item. The rail is 62cm wide, and the edges of the circular brackets are 66cm apart.
